The house has great beds, linens, and toiletries for guests to use. The pool was very clean and a wonderful amenity. We did have to sweep it pretty regularly because of the trees around it, but it wasn’t a burdensome task. We did have some gaps in communication with the property management company as our point of contact was out of town in the week or so leading up to the trip. No fault of the employee who was otherwise responsive, but something that would probably be helpful for them to plan around going forward. We did also find that the oven wasn’t working and there wasn’t a kettle, which wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly. Overall, we had a great stay, and I’d recommend the property for big groups that want to be in a good location.

Great location and great backyard area. Very responsive host.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The listing looked great online, but the reality was far from it. The pool was disgusting — murky water, debris floating on the surface, and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The backyard was just as bad: overgrown and dirty furniture. To make matters worse, the host was unresponsive. We reached out about the condition of the property, hoping they would send someone to clean or at least acknowledge the issue, but received no response until the afternoon before our stay ended. I tried by phone the first day and was met with a voicemail that stated, “I don’t really answer this phone, so send a text message.” Oddly weird for a host to provide numbers that aren’t responsive. I then sent a text through VRBO and to the number provided and nothing. I tried to be understanding and resolve matters being a multi property owner myself before leaving a review but was falsely accused of bribing. The host was not fazed by a bad review as she said, “she would just have it removed.” We booked this place specifically for the outdoor amenities, and it ended up being a complete waste. Other than that, the location of the house was perfect. Interior of the house was nice and met the rest of our needs.
