Modern Boho Guesthouse, Close to Best Austin Spots

Wonderful location and great property to stay at!

We stayed a month over the holidays and found the unit and neighborhood ideal. Property manager was very responsive!

We stayed in the downstairs section of this 2-story duplex. There were no problems with noise from the other guests during our 4-night stay. The neighborhood is calm and residential. The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned. The whole place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower is particularly nice. The duplex is in walking distance of a few good restaurants and there is an HEB grocery a few blocks away. This is handy because it's no fun to drive in Austin anymore. An off-street parking space is provided. Business and communications with the hosts went smoothly. We would not hesitate to stay in this little house again.

Great property location and the property was very clean. It would be nice if there was more than one kitchen towel available, if there was a toaster, and a new coffee pot. The one available just boiled away the coffee it made with lots of sounds. Other than these 3 minor pieces it was a great VRBO and we plan on staying there again! Thank you!
